What we collect

When you send the form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, job address and message you type into it. Nothing else. We do not buy contact data and we do not collect anything you have not typed in yourself.

What we use it for

Quoting and carrying out your job, and contacting you about it. That is the whole purpose.

Who sees it

Jon Durbin and the people working on your job. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How it is stored

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and held in our customer records system with access limited to the people who need it. We keep them only as long as we need them for the work and our records.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete your details any time by emailing 3dexcavatinginc@gmail.com or calling (217) 710-0606 and we will do it.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box on the form, we may text you about your quote, scheduling and the work. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

Cookies

This site stores your cookie choice in your browser so it does not ask again. That is essential and always on. The live chat window is optional: it loads only if you allow Chat, and it may set its own cookies when it does. There are no advertising trackers. Change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page.
